PURCHASE OPTIONS
Traditional Purchase
Your new home can be secured by payment of a reservation fee, following which we will work with legal advisers in progressing to an exchange of contracts. We will keep you updated throughout construction of your new home and when appropriate agree a completion date at which point the full balance of the purchase price is payable. Stamp Duty would also be payable on the full purchase price at the appropriate rate.
